How We Ship

At Kitche, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Because our products ship primarily from international warehouses, estimated delivery is 10–18 working days from the date your order is dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates. Occasionally, orders may take a little longer due to customs clearance or carrier delays that are outside our control. We appreciate your patience in these instances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey right to your door.
